This package includes taking your MS Word-compatible file and designing a book text block . You are then provided a PDF electronic proof for review. Ten line corrections are included in your package. Excess corrections are billable at $2.00 each plus $20.00 per additional proof PDF. If you have opted for in-depth editing, only dramatic author changes are billable.
Once you approve your text, we will custom design your book's cover using art from our library or an element which you may have provided. You are then provided with a PDF electronic proof. Once you have approved the entire book, an ISBN and bar code are assigned. Then the book is then put into the system for print availability for author copies and bookstores.
A full-color, laminated soft cover in paperback or laminated dustjacket with the hardcover, with bookstore distribution through Ingram, Baker & Taylor with one year's archival is also included. Additional years' archival are available at $15.00 per year.
Author retails full rights to their work - they only give permission for Publish and Market to act as publisher and provide distribution and fulfillment for their book.
